Big fall!

I’ve got three books coming out this fall, from mid-September to mid-October (and one more that might hit the shelves around that time, too).

My wife Shaenon and I co-wrote a small booklet for Zombie Gnome: A Tiny Terror, coming out from Running Press in September. This is a Mega-Mini Kit, like the Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank and Adventure Time kits I’ve done previously, and this one contains your own personal mini zombie garden gnome.

Next up is the long-awaited Totally Awesome! The Greatest Cartoons of the Eighties, published by Insight Editions. ThunderCats, G.I. Joe, Inspector Gadget, Muppet Babies, DuckTales, Jem and more! Years in the making, and essential reading for every eighties kid.

The week after that, The Complete Peanuts Character Encyclopedia hits stores. Learn all about everyone’s favorite Peanuts characters, like Cormac, Thibault, Milo, and Emily! (And Charlie Brown and Snoopy, too, if we’ve got room.)

Happy holidays!

I was pleased to find out this morning that Comic Book Resources picked one of the Marvel Holiday Special stories that Shaenon K. Garrity and I wrote as one of the top X-Men X-Mas stories of all time! “Piece of Cake” (which I hope will make their list of top Spider-Man holiday stories, too) was a lot of fun to write, and was our tribute to the classic Marvel Team-Up series from the seventies and eighties. Hope you’ve got a copy somewhere under your tree this year.
